Segélykoncert a vörösiszap áldozatainak

A British-Hungarian Fellowship, a Magyar Köztársaság Londoni Nagykövetsége és a Londoni Magyar Kulturális Központ
segélykoncertet szervezett a vörösiszap áldozatainak megsegítésére 2010. november 22-én 19.00 órai kezdettel a Nagykövetség épületében.

CONCERT FOR HOPE

in aid of those affected by the toxic sludge disaster in Hungary.
As a humanitarian response to Hungary’s environmental catastrophe the artists and organizers dedicate this special event to raising funds to those in immediate need.
The Honorary Patron of the concert is Countess Bunny Eszterházy.
The minimum donation is L15 and shall be paid on the door for those who wish to attend the concert.
100 % of all donations go to the victims of the toxic sludge spill.

A state of emergency has been declared in the 3 counties of Hungary flooded by toxic red sludge on October 4th, 2010. With 10 dead, many injured and some still missing, the disaster has devastated the lives of 7,000 people. The rehabilitation process is expected to take at least one year and some of the residents and families may never be able to return to their homes.
